State CPE Requirements

All of our courses are developed based on AICPA and state guidelines for formal self-study programs and meet the new standards for interactive self-study. Our programs meet the standards required by the following states (a sponsor number following the name of a state indicates that the state requires CPE providers to be registered): AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI (#95053), IA, ID, IL (#158-001493), IN (#49500155), KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MT, ND, NE, NH, NJ (#20CE00138000), NM, NV, NY (#001375), OH (#H0018), OK, PA, RI, SD, TX (#6916), UT, VA (#0306-000459), VT, WA (#00057), WI, WV, WY, and Washington DC. Also accepted by the IRS Director of Practice for Enrolled Agents. Please note that State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of any course. Contact your State Board if you have any questions regarding their requirements. It is the students' responsibility to ensure that they select courses which meet their continuing education needs.
